SHARING: What brings you here?

Hello, I just want to take a second to introduce myself.

I don't know the circumstances that brought you here, but I'm assuming that (at least to some degree) you feel exhausted or like you're running on empty. I've been there. My ambition and people-pleasing tendencies have taken me to rock bottom several times, where I finally have to wake up and admit I can't do it all on my own.

Each time I "bottom-out", I realize there are gaps in my understanding, core beliefs, or habits related to my Self-care. And so I'm in a constant journey to learn healthy practices of Self-care in order to truly live my life to it's fullest. I don't know about you, but I want to live out of the fullness of life, not just my empty tank.

I've learned quite a lot now about Self-care, and I am so excited to pass this stuff on to you! I'm also honored to meet you where you're at, and help you begin to take a few steps forward in your own life journey.
